A multi-agent AI system for citizen service in municipalities. Voice agents held real-time, two-way conversations over a phone number, with tool calling, MCP integrations and control rules. Architect of Cozy, the canvas-style multi-agent system behind it, with rule-based guardrails.

Built as a commercial product: three plans (50 UF, 150 UF, custom), OIRS compliance, Ley 19.628, and sales through ChileCompra and direct contracting. Its own API with authentication and per-plan limits.
